Design, contamination, accessibility and manufacturer requirements define the work. We agree which enclosures, internal areas and components are included. Racks and cabinets can also be cleaned inside and out.
Mobile ESD workstation
For suitable equipment work, we set up the mobile ESD workstation at the agreed location. The approach fits the site ESD arrangements. Workspace, handling and responsibilities are agreed beforehand.
Targeted compressed-air cleaning
Dehumidified, residue-free compressed air is applied to suit the task. Pressure, distance and method are matched to components and manufacturer requirements. Released particles should be removed in a controlled manner to avoid unnecessary contamination of nearby equipment.
Agree opening and reassembly
Necessary disassembly, internal access, shutdowns and reassembly are explicitly defined. Functional testing and approval to return equipment to service are assigned to the responsible parties.
